Bryn Clai (pronounced Brin Cleye) is welsh meaning 'Clay Hill' which is the name of the area of Ringmer in which it is built. The house was built approximately 15 years ago and it stand in 7 acres of grounds with distant views to the southdowns from the rear.
It is near to the villages of Ringmer to the south and the historic Barcombe Mills to the north.
It is an ideal base for touring the Sussex Countryside and is close to a host of other venues including East Sussex National Golf Club and Glyndebourne Opera House. Brighton, Tunbridge Wells and Eastbourne are within a twenty mile radius.
The Amex Stadium, the home of Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club is within easy reach.
